To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review the following studio policies before booking.

Bookings & Payments

• All studio sessions must be booked in advance.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling must be requested via email at least 24 hours before your booking.

• The new session date must take place within 3 months of the original booking date.

• Payments are non-refundable.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

Studio Rules

• Studio hire is for photography, videography and content creation unless agreed otherwise in advance.

• Sessions are self-service unless additional services have been arranged.

• Setup and pack-down must be completed within your booked session time.

• Please respect the studio, equipment, furniture and neighbouring premises.

• The studio must be left clean, tidy and in the condition it was found.

Overtime Charges

• If you think you may require extra time, please inform us at the time of booking so we can check availability.

• Additional time is charged at £50 per hour.

• Sessions running past 8:00pm are charged at £60 per hour.

• Overtime is subject to availability and must be agreed with Damai Studios in advance.

Damage Policy

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their booking, including damage by guests or suppliers.

• Breakages, missing items, damage to equipment, furniture or the premises, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

• Damai Studios reserves the right to invoice for repairs, replacements or cleaning where necessary.

Liability Waiver

• Clients use the studio and equipment at their own risk.

• Damai Studios accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, injury or damage to personal belongings, equipment or guests during studio hire.

• The person making the booking accepts responsibility for all attendees during the session.
